So, what do we mean when we say we guarantee positive impact?

We evaluate results at two levels: First we measure overall project impact with an emphasis on stakeholder satisfaction. We also evaluate local leader capacity building to ensure leaders are equipped to deliver sustainable results in the long-term.

1. Project Impact

We support you in your work to achieve positive project impact. Project impact means at least 60% of stakeholders agree that their situation has improved (your work has positive impact) and that stakeholders’ satisfaction has increased.

After working with us, over 100 client projects addressing all 17 of the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals were evaluated by 1000s of their stakeholders, and 98.6% of stakeholders celebrated positive project impact. 2. Local Leader Capacity Building

In addition to supporting your teams as they work to achieve immediate project impact, our program is uniquely designed to develop local leader capacity so that your leaders have the skills and tools they need to continue achieving results for years to come. We measure improvement across the four domains of Sustainability Leadership. The following are averaged results from our past clients. We guarantee an average improvement of at least 25%.
