Principal Consultant
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Principal Consultants to join our dynamic team at Sustainability Accelerator. You will play a pivotal role as a facilitator in our Impact Accelerator Programs and consultant in Advisory Practices.
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about global sustainability and have a strong desire to make a positive impact.
- Brand Representative:
- Record 3 sets of scripted videos for training modules
- Introduce future clients, support business dev.
- Allow bio on website
- Add position on LinkedIn
- Contribute to social media posts
- Consultant / Facilitator:
- Join live “jam sessions” as a guest
- Facilitate SA Impact Accelerator Projects
- Run consulting projects (per area of expertise)
- Sustainability Coach:
- Provide executive coaching (SA Certified)
- Provide tool-based performance coaching
- Teal Organization Designer:
- Help build SA into a “teal” organization

Regional Research Director
We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our dynamic team at Sustainability Accelerator as a Regional Research Director.
As a Regional Research Director, you will have the chance to contribute to our mission and make a meaningful impact as we seek to accelerate sustainable impact. We value wholeness, community engagement, self-management, and leaders who inspire possibility, and we are seeking individuals who share these values.
Role:
- Identify SAMs & Partner Orgs (PO): Work with Research Directors and Advisory Board to identify and enroll SAMs & POs
- Coordinate SAM’s Data Collection: Support SAMs as they identify organizations and gather data. Each RD is responsible for ~25 SAMs and a total of 9,000 respondents.
- Option to also serve as a SAM in local area: Lead by example as SAM in their own local area. See SAM role description.
Time expectation:
- 4 hours per week for 6 months (SAM and PO identification, enrollment, coordination and data collection)
- 1.5 hours per week for 4 months (Report distribution, SAM follow-up)
- Optional: Write Regional Book & Participate in Conference.

Sustainability Accelerator Monitor
We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals from around the world who care deeply about sustainability to join us in our Global Sustainability Accelerator Study as a Sustainability Accelerator Monitors (SAM)
SAMs represent over 150 countries, and each SAM has the opportunity to make a data-driven difference by gathering survey and interview responses that help improve education, awareness, and community to fight the current global sustainability crisis.
Role:
- Identify Organizations: Work with Research Directors to identify and enroll 10 organizations
- Collect Data: Share links to ensure 350 sustainability practitioners respond to the surveys (average of 35 per organization). Collect 3-4 Sustainability Hero stories (capture pictures and brief narrative)
- Share Results: Share overall findings and custom report with partner organizations
Time expectation:
- 4 hours per week for 4 months (PO identification, enrollment, and data collection)
- 1 hours per week for 3 months (Report distribution)
- Infrequent, as-needed email correspondence
